Dr. Joachim Krüger (Founder and CEO)
Dr. Joachim Krüger is the innovative head of the company and as Managing Director he is responsible for Research and Development, Production, Projects and Sales. He has over 20 years of international project experience in the area of plant construction, with an emphasis on energy and waste water technology as well as modern environmental technology.
Moritz von Plate (CFO)
Moritz von Plate has been a Managing Director of Solarlite CSP Technology GmbH since 2008 and is responsible for Strategy and Finance. From 2000 to 2007 Moritz von Plate was employed as a consultant and project manager for The Boston Consulting Group in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Warsaw. His focus there was on restructuring and strategy development in the financial services and industrial goods sectors.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is the advisory and strategy body of the company. Solarlite has been able to attract highly qualified individuals from business and from the investment field. Dr. Valentin von Massow is the Chairman. Dr. von Massow was employed for many years as a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group and among other jobs headed the office in Mumbai. He is a member of several supervisory boards, including Crompton Greaves Ltd. and Thermax Ltd. In addition, he is on the Foundation Board and the Executive Committee of WWF Germany.
