At Woltow, Mecklenburg Vorpommern, a solar parabolic trough system is combined together with a straw steam boiler. The hybrid plant provides a breeding fish (African catfish) farm, with enough heat to maintain the optimum required water temperature (approximately 26 ° C) for the fish tank.
